About the MS Care Partner Connection

The MS Care Partner Connection is the result of a collaborative effort by a team of MS care partners, clinicians, and researchers, spearheaded by iConquer MS, and generously funded by EMD Serono's Embracing Carers initiative.

The goal was to develop a website that would provide information and resources to those providing care, support, or assistance for a loved one with MS. Whether you identify yourself as a care partner, caregiver, support partner, spouse, or family member, this site has been designed to meet you where you are in your caregiving journey. 

In an effort to ensure that this website would meet the needs of a wide range of care partners, the group of care partner advisors to the project included opposite-sex and same-sex spouses of people with MS, a parent of a child with MS, and a child of a parent with MS. This group of

advisors partnered with MS clinicians to identify the unmet needs and priorities of MS care partners from the earliest days following the MS diagnosis continuing through a loved one's MS journey.
